In contrast to recent strategies, this version doesn’t use Auroradon and Mudragon. Instead, it includes Firewall Dragon Darkfluid – Neo Tempest Terahertz to counter cards like Lightning Storm, Harpie’s Feather Duster, or Evenly Matched by sending Cyberse Desavewurm to the graveyard. Although this combo requires more space in the extra deck, it reduces the chances of drawing unhelpful cards in the main deck, making the deck more reliable. This approach also allows for more flexibility in building the deck with fewer cards. Notably, there’s been an increase in the number of Diabellstar the Black Witch recently, compensating for the deck’s consistency after Rescue-ACE Air Lifter was semi-limited.
Purrely
Despite the semi-limitation of Purrely Delicious Memory, the deck maintains consistent performance. The decision to increase Stray Purrely Street to 3 in Purrely decks has become necessary to counter the rise of R-ACE, rendering almost all of their disruptions ineffective. Another point to consider is the growing popularity of Unending Nightmare. This trend is due to the ongoing presence of Runick Stun/Centurion as a threat in the meta, consistently making top appearances in events.
Fire King
The new Fire King support cards from Structure Deck: Onslaught of the Fire Kings have brought fresh strategies to the deck.
Legendary Fire King Phoenix serves as a new starter, easily summoned with the Sinful Spoils package. Its effects, combined with cards like Fire King Sanctuary and Fire King Island, enable powerful plays like Garunix Eternity, Hyang of the Fire Kings, leading to field destruction and control.
